Come enjoy the amenities within our clubhouse including a gym, spa, sauna, steam room, pool, playground, dog park, and even a BBQ area! Condominium amenities are for the exclusive use of unit owners and their guests. Please note that tenants are not considered guests.
Rules
All owners are allowed up to two guests at the gym. Owners must accompany their guests at all times. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the gym, sauna, or hot tub.
Pool & Playground
The pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.
The playground is open to residents only. Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Gym
GAP's gym is open from 5:00am-11:00pm.
Smoking is prohibited in the Clubhouse and at the pool.
