Our Story

For over 20 years, GAP has been improving our residents quality of life by offering a community that's filled with enjoyable amenities. GAP's board as well as management is here to ensure that all neighborhood concerns are heard and addressed. 

Our condominium community has over 300 unites and access to onsite staff 24/7. Every building is equipped with a washer & dryer within the basement. At GAP, we also treat pets as part of the community, providing residents with a dedicated dog park in the neighborhood.
